Making this affect gnome-control-center, as that is where the Calibrate
function exists.

** Package changed: ubuntu-meta (Ubuntu) => gnome-control-center
(Ubuntu)

Title:
  "System settings -> Colour", fails due to missing "gnome-color-
  manager" package.

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I've been testing stuff on 13.04, and on several machines including a
  freshly installed 13.04 I could not calibrate my screen due to the
  package "gnome-color-manager" not being installed. Trying to
  calibrate the screen causes some really cryptic error messages with
  this package missing.
