I think this would cause more confusion for the majority of people who
only use update manager to install updates.

Bug description:
  As the title says. Screenshots below.

  First tow show what terminal and updater show.

  Last one is after updating with update-manager that shows there are
  updates available but update-manager says system up to date.

  Had to use imagebin for these.
