[Bug 1243374] [NEW] Displayed information is inconsistent, no option to make startup disk on an empty disk with no created partition

Public bug reported:
Using the "disks" program found in dash (damn "pretty" program names
that don't match real executable file names nor package names, so you
never know what you're running), I deleted the only existing partition
in a Kingston USB pendrive, leaving only unpartitioned free space on it.
Then I run Startup Disk Creator, and I'm presented with the window you
can see in the screenshot.
The information which is displayed is nonsense.
- There is an "Erase disk" button, but the disk is empty and there's nothing to erase. If an existing partition is needed, then it should read something like "format disk", or "create partition", not "erase disk".
- Nothing is shown under "free space". Either there is or there isn't free space, if there isn't, it should say "0 bytes".
- The "make startup disk" button is greyed out. That doesn't make sense, unless a message would be included explaining why the startup disk cannot be crated and what action is required first.
** Affects: usb-creator (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
