You have postgresql-9.2 installed and because that version of postgres
is not available in the official Ubuntu repositories it is scheduled for
removal from your system, however because we don't want you to lose
access to your database we instead do no perform the upgrade to the new
release of Ubuntu. This is a situation you'll need to resolve yourself.
