[Bug 1241255] Re: Upgrade to ubuntu 13.10 erro from ubuntu 13.04

Reviewing the files from your upgrade attempt you seem to have enabled
the xorg-edgers-ppa. This will prevent the upgrade as that PPA contains
different versions of packages essential to Ubuntu. The page,
https://launchpad.net/~xorg-edgers/+archive/ppa, contains details on to
how to revert to the official Xorg packages.

** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

** Tags added: ppa xorg-edgers-ppa

Title:
  Upgrade to ubuntu 13.10 erro from ubuntu 13.04

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When trying to update for the first time in ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10, an
  error command timeout and cancel the installation, the only weird
  thing that I noticed is that he started down the transfer rate until
  it stopped advancing, rare as I have no dedicated link to 6 Mb and
  could continue browsing.
