Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 fails. Uninstalled the NVIDIA drivers but
  that did not help. Deselected all non-standard PPA's but that did not
  help. Upgrade works fine on another machine.
