  update-manager crashes when trying to upgrade to 13.10

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When update-manager tried to install new sources of applications it
  crashes with error:

  "An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
   This can be caused by:
   * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
   * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
   * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu."

  I tried to update from 13.04 to 13.10.
