Thanks for your help to improve Ubuntu by reporting this issue! There
seems to be a need to update the Turkish locale specification; changing
the affected package accordingly.

Bug description:
In Language Support section, when I set my Regional Format into Türkçe
(Türkiye) (Turkey), the currency is seeming as "YTL". Since 2005,
Turkish currency is TL.
And since 2012, Turkish Lira has a new symbol.
