[Bug 1242070] [NEW] ERROR: no configuration file found (fat32)

Public bug reported:

This is more of a feature request.
Some systems BIOS do not support FAT32 and fail to boot from USB disks created with Startup Disk Creator.
A work around is to preformat the USB disk with FAT16 and then use Disk Creator.

A nice feature would be to have a checkbox near the erase button to
indicate that a FAT16 partition should be created.

My system:
Description:	Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS
Release:	12.04
usb-creator-gtk: Installed: 0.2.38.2

** Affects: usb-creator (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
