But when I switch on this PC xorg-edgers-ppa on - I see the same error-message.
And I have another PC with xorg-edgers-ppa - which was upgrading OK.

  when I try to upgrade to 13.10, it say (Cannot calculate system upgrading):

  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

   This can be caused by:
   * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
   * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
   * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
