I would go through the process of adding the ppa, and removing it again
(using ppa-purge and not removing files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/).

  Update 13.04 problem

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I've tried to update I got the message:

  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

  This can be caused by: 
  * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu 
  * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu 
  * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu 

  I'm using release 13.04. All files from /etc/apt/source.list.d/ were
  removed.
