Bug description:
  On clean istalled ubuntu 13.04, after steam, google-chrome  installed
  that add repository to steam, google chrome and nvidia dirvers, and
  added manually wine repository I cant upgrade to ubuntu 13.10 with "An
  unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade." error
