  Failed to upgrade to Ubuntu 13.10 from 13.04

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I ran the Software Updater in Ubuntu 13.04. It responded by telling me
  that my computer is up to date, but I could upgrade to Ubuntu 13.10. I
  clicked to upgrade. After a long time it told me that the upgrade
  failed.
