An unresolvable problem occured while calculating the upgrade. This can
be cause by * Upgradinf to a pre relase version, * running the current
pre-release version * Unofficail software packages not provided by
Ubuntu.

  Trying to upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 beta.
  Updated all packages
  Ran update-manager -d and got this error
  Ran sudo apt-get clean
  Tried again, same error
