FYI. I submitted this bug report with a different computer. The one I
am submitting from is an AMD dual processor Toshiba A-205 laptop that
started out on Vista SP1, now dual boots.
The notebook referred to is an HP mini 311-1037NR with an Atom processor
runnind a secondary virtual processor. It started out as a Windows 7
machine; dual boot.

Bug description:
Didn't write it down, but upgrade froze at the point where apget was
to replace 12.xx with 13.04. waited over an hour. still froze.
Nothing moved, not the mouse, not anything.
Sounds like a tedeious fix for someone who sometimes recognizes when
he sees an expert.
