  software updater popup partially disappeared

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hallo
  I ran an update, but it return the error that cannot download some data.
  I close the app  with the red button, when I restart the app it's window was disappeared, only the compiz bar with few pixels of the window was present, all the system still working correctly.
  See attached screenshot.
  Rebooting system fix the problem
