** Description changed:

- hooks/mountall contains processing of $INITRAMFS_EVENT_DRIVEN variable.
+ /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/mountall contains processing of

  during usual running of update-initramfs some files (passwd, etc) needed for
  getpwuid() function are not included in initrd.
  
  this function is required for the package open-iscsi (Bug #1238169) to
  work in initrd. so we should either duplicate the code (passwd, etc)
  from hooks/mountall in hooks/iscsi or *always* run hooks/mountall.
  
  i would offer to use the second variant. patch is attached.
