Can you run udisks --dump and attach the output after inserting a cdrom?

Bug description:
whenever i insert a new cdrom / dvd in my system folloing things
happen
1. it calls it GTMOC instead a cdrom or the title of the cd, every cd
rom inserted is shown as GTMOC in the popup of the mouse over the
cdrom icon
2. following error is thrown up
Error mounting system-managed device /dev/sr0: Command-line `mount "/mnt/ata-hp_DVD_RW_AD-7701H_2962129L12"' exited with non-zero exit status 32: mount: block device /dev/sr0 is write-protected, mounting read-only
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sr0,
missing codepage or helper program, or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so
3. when i give eject command following error occures even when cdrom
is empty or loaded
eject: tried to use `/mnt/cdrom' as device name but it is no block device
eject: unable to find or open device for: `cdrom'
