  Crash trying to install new Ubuntu

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Current Ubunto not functioning correctly so I am trying to reboot with
  new version of Ubunto and delete old version.  Install stopped, tried
  again and it crashes.
