Title:
  mounting fstab fails boot

Status in “util-linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: util-linux

I was trying to setup my NTFS-disk manually in FSTAB.
  Mounting with mount-a worked flawlessly.
After reboot system hung with message 'unable to boot to ....'
  Booting stopped.
Booting into recovery mode give same problem, stopped and unresponsive.

Work-around was booting live-cd and deleting items from FSTAB.
