[Bug 1235958] [NEW] update manager download bar under "Details" stops moving at about 53% on large files

Public bug reported:

Most files over 30 MB when downloading in update-manager have their
progress bar stop about halfway through, while the ---mb out of ---mb
keeps moving. This usually happens while downloading the Linux kernel
updates. The bar goes to 100% when starting the next file. I am running
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, with update-manager 1:0.156.14.11. I expect the
progres bar to move as normal - like other package downloads - but it
stops instead.
