Public bug reported:
I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 dev with cron 3.0pl1-124ubuntu2 and I have
noticed that the PATH variable has an uncommon value: "/usr/bin:/bin".
Wouldn't it be more useful if cron would use something like
"/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin"?
** Affects: cron (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
