use Qt3Support4;

only declares relationship with core and gui, so clearly the debconf
package is wrong.

Bug description:
  debconf: (Unable to load QtCore -- is libqtcore4-perl installed?)

  After installing libqtcore4-perl and libqtgui4-perl:

  debconf: (Can't locate Qt3Support4.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
  /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.14.2 /usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2
  /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.14
  /usr/share/perl/5.14 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at
  /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Kde/Ui_DebconfWizard.pm line 7.)

  $ apt-file search Qt3Support4.pm
  libqt3support4-perl: /usr/lib/perl5/Qt3Support4.pm

  After installing libqt3support4-perl libqtnetwork4-perl{a}
  libqtsql4-perl{a}

  ~$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure localepurge
  Can't call method "setText" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Kde/Ui_DebconfWizard.pm line 144, <GEN1> line 4.

  So, libqtcore4-perl and/or libqtgui4-perl should have
  libqt3support4-perl as dependency and other missing packages i can't
  figure out, should be marked as dependency as well.

  Worst of all is, that while libqt3support4-perl is not installed, at
  least ncurses config is displayed. When it is installed, nothing is
  available at all. That might have unexpected consequencs with packages
  incorrectly (or not at all) set up.
