Sorry for trivial question...

I would like to apply the patch for ubuntu 13.10. In the tar file
included in dropbox there are 15 .deb files.

Do I install each files in order to apply the patch?

Bug description:
  Using Ubuntu 12.04 updated kernel 3.3.0-030300-generic x86_64.
  To reproduce:
   - Do fresh install of eclipse
   - open eclipse
   - click on Workbench icon

  The following error occurs:
