  Linux kernel 3.12.0-3 update failure Ubuntu 14.04

Bug description:
  while i was updating the Linux kernel it showed 2 things of issues ...
  It showed "tryin to recover failed packages" and showed an error after
  it was done i got the History added to this attachment... But i was
  installing it through Synaptic Package Manager Tryed it in the
  Terminal and it was a Success not sure what was up with that but i
  thought is was better for ya peeps to know... =) Peace
