[Bug 1254742] [NEW] Can't login to Ubuntu One during installation due to 2-factor auth requirement

Public bug reported:

During installation of 13.10 it asks for my U1 email/password. However
it then pops up a banner saying "2-factor authentication required"
preventing me from logging in as there is no dialog in which I can enter
my 2fa code.
