[Bug 1254428] [NEW] update-initramfs breaks booting kernel

Startting a wubi-installation after the kernel-image has been managed by

 * sudo update-initramfs -u -k 3.12.0-1

it is not possible to boot with these kernel-image. It ends in a
busybox. See also the Information given by the attachment
