[Bug 1254391] [NEW] Entire disk wiped because of misleading text in ubuntu 13.10 installer

Public bug reported:

After installing Ubuntu I could not get Windows 8 to boot (UEFI problems, paritions not appearing as options, recovery failing to start etc..)
After searching for a long time I attempted to install Ubuntu using UEFI rather than legacy in the hopes that it would rediscover windows and allow me to boot.
At the screen where you are given options about what kind of installation to use it presented me with an option to wipe the existing ubuntu install and install it fresh (obviously it didn't detect the windows partitions which were still there, I was exploring them while ubuquity was starting)
I clicked this option and clicked continue, immediately I went from having 7/8 partitions (4/5 of which were for windows, ufi boot and recovery stuff) down to 3.

Nowhere was I informed that clicking "replace ubuntu" would wipe the
entire disk.

Please only touch parititions owned by the operating system you are
pretending to replace (one parition, I didn't have any swap or home)
