Another problem with Ui_DebconfWizard.pm is that there are incorrect
name of variables. Attached patch fixing it.

Bug description:
  package debconf in precise has file:
  /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Kde/Ui_DebconfWizard.pm

  in this file on line 7 is:
  use Qt3Support4;

  So debconf need perl module Qt3Support4.pm which is in package
  libqt3support4-perl, but debconf in debian/control does not have this
  dependency. Please add this missing dependency on package
  libqt3support4-perl.
