Okay after I restored /lib64 my system works again.

It still suggests removing the file, though!
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
  libc6-amd64:i386
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove it.

In my opinion APT should NEVER allow to remove any libc-package...

** Also affects: eglibc (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New

** Tags added: trusty

** Summary changed:

- autoremove removed libc
+ autoremove removes libc

** Summary changed:

- autoremove removes libc
+ autoremove removes libc6-amd64
