Public bug reported:

I am using usb-creator-gtk and when I want to copy the ISO file to the USB stick, I have a popup "Installation failed" (translate from french sentence "Echec de l'installation")
afterwards, my USB stick is corrupted:

fsck /dev/sdb1
fsck de util-linux 2.20.1
dosfsck 3.0.16, 01 Mar 2013, FAT32, LFN
0x41: Dirty bit is set. Fs was not properly unmounted and some data may be corrupt.
1) Remove dirty bit
2) No action
? 1
Leaving file system unchanged.
/dev/sdb1: 0 files, 1/253885 clusters

** Affects: usb-creator (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
