[Bug 1252202] [NEW] Autopilot: Check custom partitions are created correctly

Public bug reported:

On the stepPartAdvanced page we need to find a way to check the
partitions created correctly, and display ok in the treeview. Now there
seems to be an issue with the partition size actually coming out a
little smaller than the entered amount when entering the partition size.

It will probably be best to handle it using a custom LessThanOrEqual
Matcher with the Less than limit being something like -10 of the entered
amount. Testtools doesn't provide a <= matcher so this will need
creating
