Bug description:
  I can't proceed with distribution upgrade from ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10,
  considering this step-bystep tutorial:

  ubuntu-13-10-saucy-salamander/

  I get nothing when I click "Upgrade" in step 4, rarely get to step 5,
  and then got nothing.
