This is because you've installed the cinnamon packages from a PPA which
provides package version numbers greater than the distribution to which
you are trying to upgrade to, subsequently the release upgrader can not
determine how to upgrade the system.  You'll need to revert back to the
official versions of these packages using a tool like ppa-purge.
