This is not a bug with the release upgrader package but rather with the
system after a release upgrade was performed, subsequently I am removing
the assigned package.
** Package changed: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu) => ubuntu

Bug description:
Mouse and touchpad are unable to select or click in application
