Title:
  buggy-merge version sends reports to Debian instead of Ubuntu

Status in “popularity-contest” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in “popularity-contest” source package in Raring:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  SRU informations

  * Impact: reports are sent to Debian instead of Ubuntu, which is
  spamming their server (they asked to stop doing that)

  * Test case:
  check with Debian that they correctly stop receiving Ubuntu reports

  * Regression potential: limited, we should receive back the report on
  our servers, that's about it
