This will all change in s-i 2.0 so I'm going to close this as Invalid.
Once s-i 2.0 lands in trusty, please open a new bug if it comes back.

  Progress at 0% when download is in paused

Status in “system-image” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi

  With system-image 1.9.1-0ubuntu1 and ubuntu-download-manager
  0.2+13.10.20131016.1-0ubuntu1, I can pause/resume the download,
  however progress is reset to 0% when in paused state (but goes back to
  where it was before pausing when resuming the download).
