Public bug reported:

As I tried lo install ubuntu it didnt detect Windows 8, it said there
are no operating systems on the computer.

I created the swap partition and the linux partition and installed
everything properly. Then the system had to reboot and it remained stuck
on a blue screen, nothing happening for minutes. After that I turned off
the computer and reboot it. There was no double boot, Windows started as
always.

I put the usb ubuntu installer again and restarted the computer. I
installed Ubuntu again from the beginning, deleting the previously
created partitions. Then, at the end, I got that fatal error.
