  * Add support for logind to the restart dialog.  Thanks to Thaddaus

Bug description:
  [Test Case]
  This needs to happen on a Xubuntu system
  1) In a terminal run "sudo touch /var/run/reboot-required"
  2) Run update-manager (if updates are available install them)
  3) Click the reboot button in update-manager

  With the package from saucy-proposed the Xubuntu system should
  actually reboot.

  [Regression Potential]
  Little as this just adds a new code path for rebooting (as a last resort) for Xubuntu.

  Update manager reports updates available.

  Install updates - supply password as required.

  After updates complete, restart required.

  Press button - nothing happens.
