Bug description:
  I was searching for a ubiquity-frontend-kde to check if it becomes too wide while selecting the Ukrainian language like -gtk does and just launched ubiquity-greeter-gtk from terminal.
  The window covered the whole screen (even the panel) so I had to press Alt+F4 to see apport dialog.
