  ununtu 12.04.3 install grub error

Status in “grub-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I'm trying to install ununtu 12.04.3 But it says "grub installed
  failed". Its a fresh install.

  Please note I already have windows 7. Also I have ununtu 13.04 inside
  windows 7 (wubi).

  I'm using live USB to install 12.04.3
