Public bug reported:
I'm currently running 13.04. After it finishes fetching the files in the
automatic updater this error window occurs and it halts the update. I'd
prefer not to have to make another install DVD so I don't lose all of my
settings and applications. I'm pretty sure that I don't have any
unofficial software preventing me from doing a system update.
Could not calculate the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command
'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal.
