These seems to be in part because of the libgtk-3-0 packages you've
installed from a PPA.  If you revert to the official versions of the
Ubuntu packages using ppa-purge the release upgrader should be able to
calculate the upgrade.

In fact the gnome3 ppa which you have enabled mentions that -
