The issue started from the first trusty image (20131025) and is still present with 20131031. Only occurs with i386 images and not with amd64.

  Steps:
  1. Carry out a postgresql installation with i386 trusty server iso and with the following preseed,
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-server-dev/ubuntu-test-cases/server-tests-raring/view/head:/preseeds/postgresql-server.preseed
  2. It could be noticed that the installation does not complete.
