Public bug reported:
I encoutered this problem running KX Studio 12.04.1 Live-DVD (http://kxstudio.sourceforge.net/Downloads).
I tried to install the system do hard disk, but selecting "Manual" mode in "Disk setup" stage makes the user interface cease to exist.
I first tried this with default version of Ubiquity delivered with KX
Studio, then I upgraded the LiveCD to version 2.10.24 and the problem
persists. I was unable to downgrade, as maybe it woudn't be present in
some older versions.
I tried reboting the system and it didn't help.
** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
