[Bug 1185624] [NEW] Screen switches off after 10 minutes

Screen switches off after 10 minutes even if Energy Saving functions
isn't active.

I have deactivated all Energy Saving functions, but my screen switches off after 10 minutes anyway. I can use my system only if I press keys or move the mouse.
The same problem was in Kubuntu 12.10 and Ubuntu 12.10, but with 15 minutes. Earlier in Ubuntu Studio was 15 minutes, now reduced to 10. What the fuck? %)

I have installed Ubuntu Studio 13.04 x86 on my PC with following hardware:
MB: ASUS M4A87TD
Athlon II X3 455 3300MHz
Radeon 5570 with Catalyst 13.1 driver
4GB of RAM
