Bug description:
  Binary package hint: udev

  To allow my Garmin eTrex Legend HCx to be accessed (read/write data to the device) as a non-root user, I had to add this line:
  SYSFS{idVendor}=="091e", SYSFS{idProduct}=="0003", MODE="666"
  to this file:
  /etc/udev/rules.d/51-garmin.rules
