gettext fails to install; package relationships should be with "gettext:any", "gettext-base:any", or are not required/useful at all

Bug description:
  Hi,

On 12.04, installing the wine1.4 meta-package on an amd64 arch,
removes non related "core" packages such as gettext, debhelper,
  lintian, po-debconf...

If I install wine1.4-amd64, there are not removed.

  Regards
