[Bug 1182433] [NEW] Allow "|" in list of test dependencies

As reported by Christopher Berg on http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=693540#24 "|" is disallowed in the list of test
dependencies, yet pbuilder supports that.

This should be supported by autopkgtest too.
