Don't know why you marked this as not affecting ubiquity. This is
clearly a localization issue and not a translations problem. There is
probably something wrong with the way the indicator determines which
language to use. It should work the same way as for the other
indicators.

The problem still exists in Saucy.

** Description changed:

- Maybe a regression?
+ Same as bug 1040438 but it has only been fixed partially.

- Same as bug 1040438.
-
- German translations have been completed a while before Chinese
- translations have been included but still indicator is in English with
- German language setting during installation.
+ All indicators are in the selected language during installation except
+ for the accessibility indicator. It changes to the desired language
+ after clicking »Next« in the language selection window but before this
+ it is in English although it should use the same language as other
+ indicators.

** Tags removed: raring regression
** Tags added: saucy ubiquity

** Summary changed:

- [l10n] Indicator menus of "Accessibility" should be localized for installer
+ [l10n] Indicator menus of "Accessibility" should behave like other indicators
